Trudy Hart is an ex-children's dentist, now naturopath, masseuse, writer and passionate about natural birthing and parenting. Married to Ross, they have a 12-year-old daughter Danielle, and three sons, Kenny 10, Zach 8 and Lochie 5. Trudy homeschooled for five years, but they now go to an excellent 'whole brain learning' alternative school within the public system and she is now the Chairperson on the School Board of Trustees who have taken the best from the Steiner and Montessori philosophies, adding a lot of the whole brain learning concepts and their own 'I Care' programme to create a wonderfully positive learning environment for all to be involved in. She's also involved in the Home Birth Association and runs three La Leche League groups in the Bay of Plenty area, the paradise she lives in. So much to do, so little time to do it in!
