Training as a baker and working as a professional chef for 17 years has led me on many wonderful discoveries about the powers of food! As a baker it was all about wheat, sugar and dairy and I loved it! But as my self-development grew so did my knowledge about the healing powers of food. But when I first heard about raw food I said ”Why would anyone only eat carrot sticks and celery when there is pasta in the world?”
Nine years on and I am a professional Raw Food Chef and teacher. I love my work and the difference it makes to people’s lives. From teaching classes it is always a pleasure to debunk the myth that Raw Food is carrot sticks. The extraordinary flavours, textures and nutritional denseness of this cuisine nourishes not only our being but all of our senses. My philosophy is simple:
