Beth Macgregor is a psychologist and co-author of the book Helping Your Baby to Sleep: Why Gentle Techniques Work Best, which has been endorsed by infant mental health specialists from across the globe, and is published in Australia, the United States and Russia. She works as a Learning and Development Consultant, supporting professionals who work with families to understand the needs of children and their parents. She lives in Sydney with her husband and two delightful sons.
